Gorgias is great, but pricing could be clearer!
Coming from Freshdesk, Gorgias has been a breath of fresh air, especially with the Instagram DM Integration. It's made managing customer questions so much easier, and the Ticket Management is really well-designed. The only small nitpick I have is that the pricing structure for the AI Agent vs. the regular Helpdesk wasn't immediately obvious, making it a bit tricky to compare value. I wish they had a more straightforward breakdown.
Comprehensive platform, some learning curve
I decided to move our customer service to Gorgias and chose the Helpdesk, Live Chat, and Shopify Integration. The onboarding package helped a lot with getting everything configured correctly, especially with setting up rules for automation. Delivery of the service was instant since it's SaaS, of course. The quality of the live chat widget is good, customers seem to find it easy to use. I also liked the Customer Sidebar feature, having all order info right there is super helpful. The agent performance statistics were a bit basic for what I expected, but still gave a good overview. Overall, it's a solid platform for ecommerce support, just took a bit to get everything running perfectly.
